Something difficult has happened

Trauma, grief, loss, relationship changes or difficult life experiences may still be affecting how you feel.

Work has taken its toll

Stress, burnout, workplace conflict or psychological injury may have left you exhausted, anxious or unsure what comes next.

You’re ready for something to change

You may not know exactly what you need yet, you just know you'd like things to feel different.

How I can support you

There are two tall lamps on either side of the chairs, and a film clapboard and color calibration chart on the left chair. Light hardwood flooring and a cream rug are visible.

Hey, I’m Natacha

Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’re not quite sure where to start.

I'm an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and CBT therapist with more than 15 years' experience supporting people through anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, workplace difficulties, relationship challenges and major life transitions.

My approach is warm, collaborative and practical. Therapy isn't about being told what's wrong with you, it's about making sense of your experiences, recognising your strengths and finding ways to move forward that feel right for you.

You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We can start with where you are.

Why Silver WilIow?

The willow tree is a symbol of resilience, adaptability and quiet strength.

It bends with the storm without losing its roots, a reminder that resilience isn't about never struggling. It's about finding ways to adapt, heal and keep growing through life's difficult seasons.

That's the philosophy behind Silver Willow Therapy: creating a space to understand what you've been through, reconnect with your strengths and move forward in a way that feels right for you.

“Like the willow tree, you don't have to be unbreakable to be strong. Sometimes growth begins simply by asking for support.”
