Natacha Cameron
I believe meaningful change begins when people feel genuinely heard, understood and supported. My aim is to create a calm, compassionate space where you can explore life's challenges without judgement while developing practical strategies to move forward with confidence.
As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) with more than 15 years of experience in mental health, I support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and alcohol and other drug concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative and tailored to your individual needs, recognising that every person's story and journey are unique.
I draw primarily on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) while integrating approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Gottman Method principles when supporting couples. I enjoy helping people better understand themselves, recognise patterns that may no longer be serving them, and develop practical skills that create meaningful and lasting change.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of people, including veterans and their families, young people, and adults navigating complex life challenges. These experiences have reinforced my belief that genuine connection, compassion and evidence-based practice are at the heart of effective therapy.
Whether you're seeking support for a specific concern or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to provide a safe, respectful space where you feel empowered to move forward with confidence and hope.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, and embracing the values that inspired Silver Willow, growth, resilience and connection.
