No referral is needed for private counselling or therapy. If you would like to claim a Medicare rebate, you will need a valid referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP or another eligible medical practitioner.

Individual therapy with Natacha is $180 for a 60-minute appointment. Individual counselling with Stacey is $140 for 60 minutes. Any available rebates or funding arrangements will depend on your circumstances.

Eligible clients may claim a Medicare rebate for appointments with Natacha under a Mental Health Treatment Plan. Please bring or arrange your referral before your first Medicare-funded appointment.

Yes. Secure online appointments are available across Australia. In-person appointments are available in Brisbane by arrangement.

Silver Willow supports adults and young people aged 12 and over. Common concerns include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, burnout, workplace stress, psychological injury and major life changes.

Yes. Natacha has particular experience supporting teachers, helping professionals, police and first responders experiencing burnout, operational trauma, cumulative exposure, workplace conflict or psychological injury.

Natacha accepts eligible WorkCover Queensland referrals, self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, and approved Victim Assist Queensland clients. Please enquire before booking so funding and referral requirements can be confirmed.

Natacha provides accredited mental health social work and therapy, including Medicare and eligible third-party referrals. Stacey provides private counselling and psychotherapy. If you are unsure, send an enquiry and we can help you choose the most appropriate pathway.

Your first session is a chance to talk about what has been happening, what you would like support with and what you hope might change. Together, you and your therapist will begin developing a practical and individualised plan.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may incur the full session fee, with exceptional circumstances considered at the clinician’s discretion.
